Here at Spanish Bars, we consider it vital that you ensure that your business purchase is legal and most importantly debt free.

Spanish Bars will be pleased to work with any Gestor (Spanish Lawyer/Accountant) that you wish or if you do not have one, we will be pleased to introduce you to a reliable Gestor.

Your Gestor will make all of the necessary checks on the business that you are purchasing and will ensure that there are no debts outstanding.

They will also work with the landlord of the property to ensure that you have a brand new contract and will check and translate this for you, so that you fully understand all that is contained in it.

Your Gestor will also arrange for you to get your NIE number, social security matters, monthly accounts and all legal matters relating to the running of your business.

Spanish Bars will only represent our clients on any business purchase where a Gestor is appointed as we are not prepared for any of our clients to suffer any problems where corners have been cut – we stress this to protect our excellent reputation and more importantly, our client's money!

Gestor services will cost anything from 1000€ to 3000€ depending on what services they are going to carry out for you. Spanish Bars can introduce you to a Gestor and arrange for a special rate for you to have a Gestor carry out everything you need in order to get you up and running in your new business and life in Spain.
